This page has 5 photo albums on it, from five short trips we've taken away from city life here in Spain. The towns, villages and mountains we've visited are worlds apart from the two bustling cities we've lived in (Barcelona and Madrid), and are all beautiful. What I'm learning more with each trip to a new area is that every region in Spain takes great pride in local tradition - culture, food, and history are specific and distinct, even in regions much smaller than Long Island. Well, I guess we do have that bagel thing going for us back home. . .
