I actually stole this picture from Phil's website. Phil is a great guy. He studied abroad with Sarah in Bali, I met him a few times up in MA, he visited in DC, decided to stay, moved in with me, we lived together for a year, I moved out (to shack up with the ol' ball and chain to use the phrase coined by none other than the flipperman himself), he started working for ICF also, Susan became my office mate at ICF, Phil moved in to Susan's house, now Phil and I no longer live together, but work and hang instead. . .
